What to know before your first booking.
What does Belavanza cost?+−
Clients choose a plan from €49 per month and pay a placement fee of 8 to 12 % per confirmed booking, depending on the plan. The first 14 days are free. Talent pays nothing to register; a 5 % service fee is deducted at payout.
How is talent vetted?+−
Every talent confirms email and phone, uploads required documents and passes Stripe identity verification. Our team then reviews the profile personally, and the showreel for dancers.
When do I see contact details?+−
After a booking is confirmed and the placement fee is paid. Until then you communicate in the platform chat.
Can I book hosts and dancers from one account?+−
Yes. One company account can use both areas; switch between Hosts and Dancers at the top left.
What happens after the trial?+−
You pick a plan and add a payment method. If you do not, your account stays readable, but new requests require a plan.
